Middle eastern countries are among one of the highly water stressed region in world. Which renders it susceptible to borne diseases. Water diseases epidemiology were investigated this research determine existing health security countries. Recent conflicts region, deteriorating supply and infrastructure has led major outbreaks diarrhoea cholera Syria, Iraq, Yemen. The disease are; diarrhoea, cholera, hepatitis A, E typhoid present an overall scenario region. Despite proper supply, stability (social, political economy) each country is vital contain curb its outbreak According results, can be assumed that there a high need for elaborate study come up with comprehensive plan mitigate control terms future perspective.
